Journey Together, Fun-Fueled Future: Suzhou Taihu Recap

As autumn deepened and the lake shimmered, the BM Group gathered at Suzhou's Taihu Lake on November 

15th and 16th, embarking on a vibrant two-day, one-night team-building journey. This event was designed to 

strengthen team cohesion, enhance the spirit of collaboration, and provide colleagues with an opportunity to unwind

from their busy work schedules, ultimately preparing everyone to meet future challenges with renewed energy and

focus.

Day 1: Uniting Hearts and Minds, Painting the Autumn Scene Together

On the afternoon of the 15th, the team arrived at the expansion base by the shores of Taihu Lake. Following a brief

opening ceremony,the "Collaborative Blueprint" session officially commenced.All members were divided into several

small groups, unleashing their creativity on a giant canvas, using colors to depict Bangmeng'sdevelopment vision and

corporate spirit. With every stroke and line, it was not merely an artistic endeavor but a fusion of collective wisdom

and shared goals. This artwork, embodying the dedication and unity of the entire team, symbolized the firm belief

of all Bangmeng members in standing together with one heart and one mind, marching steadfastly toward a

shared future.

Next, the intense and thrilling "Live-Action CS Combat" unfolded amidst the woods and tactical covers.

Colleagues transformed into elite operatives, devising strategies and coordinating roles as they shifted between

offense and defense. Every advance and defensive stand was not only a test of physical agility and quick reflexes

but, more importantly, a challenge to the team's mutual trust andexecution capabilities. This immersive "battle" 

drove home a vital lesson to every participant: ultimate victory can only be achieved through seamless coordination

and unwavering mutual support.

As evening fell, the relaxed and joyful "Board Game Session" offered a different kind of interactive setting. In these

games of wit and fun, colleagues revealed sides of themselves seldom seen at work—some quick-witted and

humorous, others calm and meticulous. Amid the laughter and cheerful banter, team bonds quietly grew stronger,

deepening mutual understanding and rapport.

Day 1 Evening: An Ode to Starlight and Good Food

As night descended, the enticing aroma of a "DIY BBQ Feast" wafted along the shores of Taihu Lake, kicking off in

full swing. Everyone pitched in to grill their own food and shared the fruits of their labor, chatting and laughin

freely over drinks. The bonfire lit later pushed the festivities to a peak, its dancing flames lighting up every smiling

face and warming the crisp autumn night. In that moment, we were not just colleagues who fought side by side,

but a family, intimate and without reservation.

Day 2: Hiking Xishan Island – Where Perseverance Meets Scenic Splendor

On the morning of the 16th, the team geared up and set out for a hiking expedition on Xishan Island, renowned as

the "Pearl of Taihu Lake." Bathed in the morning light, the group traced the winding lakeshore path. Along the route, 

they were met with the vast expanse of shimmering blue waters and the layered forests painted in autumn hues.

Encouraging and supporting one another, they measured the lakeside landscape with their strides and embodied

the spirit of teamwork through sheer determination. The journey of over ten kilometers was not only a test of

physical endurance but also a tempering of the will. When all members successfully reached the endpoint, the

profound sense of personal accomplishment and the shared glory of achieving together became the most

treasured takeaway from the experience.

This Taihu Lake team-building retreat, through its meticulously designed activities, enabled BM members to

build trust through collaboration, unlock potential through challenges, and refresh their minds in nature. From the

collective wisdom showcased in the "Collaborative Blueprint" to the tactical coordination of the "CS Combat"; from

the easy-going rapport during the "Board Game Session" to the warmth of connection at the "BBQ Evening"; and

further to the test of perseverance in the "Xishan Island Hike"—every single moment highlighted the formidable
